Get started with volleyball fundamentals!
This program is designed for children ages 7-9 who are brand new to volleyball or have very limited experience. Our training priority is teaching athletic volleyball movements and basic playing techniques to set young athletes up for success when joining our V101 program.
During our Volleypops sessions, we will focus on movement and coordination, early volleyball fundamentals, reading the game, and cooperative teamwork.

Volley101
For 10- to 12-year-old players new to volleyball or who have had some beginner clinics.
Volley101 sessions offer a variety supervised drills to improve basic skills, as well as teaching court awareness and communication through mini games. A low player/coach ratio and ample feedback ensures that skills are learned properly.

Volley201
For 11- to 14-year-old players with several sessions of Volley101 or similar experience.
Volley201 sessions build upon and refine skills learned in Volley101 while introducing 6-on-6 gameplay. The team skills of court positioning, communication, roles, and strategy will be taught, as well as an increased focus on serving and serve receive.

SUMMER YOUTH VOLLEYBALL CLINICS
We are continuing our Volley101/201/301 program through the summer. Since many of our families take summer vacations, we are offering a "pick 5" format from among the 7 weeks on the schedule. You will be able to select any 5 weeks between June 29th and August 10th (inclusive) and pay for just those 5 ($125).
- Dates (pick 5): 6/29, 7/6, 7/13, 7/20, 7/27, 8/3, 8/10
- Times: Mondays 5:30-7pm
- Location: Hope Valley Baptist Church, 6900 Garrett Rd, Durham
- Cost: $125 for 5 sessions
- Bring: water bottle, knee pads
