Take the First Step Toward Excellence

Volley101 Program

The Volley101 Program uses positive coaching techniques mixed with high energy, age-appropriate drills to introduce the game of volleyball to young players. We focus on agility and court movement, introduction of basic skills and proper technique. We keep it fun and create opportunities for success.

The program has been newly structured based on athlete age. Our coaches have been trained to meet players where they are to help them develop and build upon their skills.

Our Coaching Philosophy:

  • Fill fuel tanks with confidence and motivation
  • Give constant feedback (feedback is a gift!)
  • Teach proper technique every time, all the time
  • Welcome mistakes
  • Teach athletes to look within and self-correct
  • Ignite passion, commitment, and drive
  • Utilize positive coaching techniques

E.L.M. (Effort, Learning, Mistakes)

We use the ELM framework to promote a growth mindset. We will be encouraging our athletes to give their best effort, strive to learn, and improve each session, and to welcome and bounce back from mistakes. Our goal is to ignite the love of volleyball in your child.
